- Can I pay for my subscription via purchase order?
- While paying with a credit card is typically the fastest and easiest way to subscribe, we are able to accept payment via purchase order for all Regional and National plans.
- How many locations is Akira best suited for?
- Whether you're a single location or a nation-wide chain, our app can be tailored to fit your needs.
- What does the setup process look like?
- Once we've had our initial discovery meetings to determine your unique requirements, we'll customize and configure our software and onboard your team to ensure a smooth launch.
- Do you require a contract?
- No. We don't like being locked into yearly contracts and we don't require that for any of our customers. You can cancel anytime but we'll be sad to see you go.
- Do you provide any support?
- Yes! We can help you out with any question related to Akira if you have an active license. Customer support is available for all licensed users.
- Can Akira collect feedback across all channels?
- You bet. If you find we're missing an integration, we'll add it!
- What would happen if I decided to cancel my subscription?
- If you decide to cancel your subscription, access to Akira will no longer be available, and any support will be cancelled. Prior to subscription cancellation, you can use our export feature to download all of your guest feedback for your records.
- I have a few ideas I would like to submit for consideration, how do I do that?
- We welcome any and all feedback. You can reach out to us with your ideas and we would be happy to review and discuss how we could incorporate into our roadmap.
- My company has specific data we would like to capture, do you offer customization?
- Absolutely. With our National plan, we offer custom onboarding and customization that would be unique to your business.
