Restricted purposes
When you use any of Akira's Services, you acknowledge that you may not:
- Fabricate or manipulate data. Do not create fake guest reviews, survey responses, feedback entries, work orders, or other records to misrepresent operations, inflate metrics, or deceive stakeholders.
- Misuse guest information. Do not use guest feedback, contact details, or survey responses collected through Akira for purposes unrelated to your operations — including selling that data, sending unsolicited marketing, or targeting individual guests in a harassing or retaliatory manner.
- Share credentials across organizations. Your account is for your organization. Do not share login credentials with individuals outside your organization, or allow third parties to access the platform through your account without authorization.
- Collect data from other accounts. Do not collect, scrape, or extract information from accounts that do not belong to you.
- Circumvent security features. Do not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services, including access controls, authentication, or encryption.
- Impersonate others. Do not trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including making false reports, impersonating another user or organization, or misrepresenting your identity or role.
- Introduce malicious code. Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or information collection mechanism through the Services.
- Overburden the platform. Do not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to them.
- Harass or threaten. Do not harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten anyone — including other users, vendors, guests, or any Akira employee.
- Use the platform unlawfully. Do not use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above are subject to suspension or cancellation without prior notice.
